Overview

BPC is a Lebanese holding company, established in 1978 to develop and hold investments in privately held companies around the world. Mr Salah Osseiran, chairman and owner, initially managed BPC from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia before the company transferred headquarters to Beirut, Lebanon in 1995.

Strategy

As an active and value-added investor, BPC strategically seeks opportunities in privately-held companies worldwide. These investments:

- Offer the potential of raising market standards to international levels and become leaders within their industries.

- Require restructuring to achieve their full potential

- Represent opportunistic investments

- Create strategy with other BPC investments

Our role includes active monitoring of investee performance, from board membership to daily involvement in management, as well as the placement of key employees in investee companies.

Our long-term investment horizon is 7-10 years; BPC's exit strategy varies by investment
